A celebration of the life and work of Moishe Postone (1942–2018), AB’63, AM’67, will be held in Rockefeller Memorial Chapel, 5850 S. Woodlawn Avenue, on Monday, October 22, 2018, at 4:00 pm. A reception will follow in the Ida Noyes Library, 1212 East 59th Street. All members of the university community, friends, family, and the public are invited to attend. Moishe was the Thomas E. Donnelly Professor of the College and History; faculty associate of Political Science; faculty member of the Chicago Center for Jewish Studies; codirector of the Chicago Center for Contemporary Theory; and coeditor of Critical Historical Studies.
