Description: 
Sarah Stroumsa, who holds the Jack and Alice Ormut Chair in Arabic Studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is the Joyce Z. Greenberg Visiting Professor of Jewish Studies at the University of Chicago for Autumn 2016, will deliver the Greenberg Lecture on Jewish and Islamic philosophy in Spain during the Middle Ages. A (kosher) reception will follow.
